The Hyatt Regency Crystal City will host the 2020 Local Council Retreat. Located in Arlington just across the Potomac River from Washington, D.C., attendees will enjoy a bounty of dining options and a hotel with all the appointments needed to make your stay comfortable.

Room rate, reservation deadlines, and reservation link will be posted once a new retreat date has been selected. If you previously reserved a room for the original retreat date, it is your responsibility to cancel the reservation.

TRANSPORTATION
Airports: Hyatt Regency Crystal City is minutes from Reagan National Airport (DCA). Other airports in the area are Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) and Dulles International Airport (IAD).

Ground Transportation – Taxi / Car Service: On arrival, you can reach the hotel by either taxi, car service, Metro, or airport shuttle. APHSA does not endorse any of the listed services; they are supplied for your convenience. The estimated cost one way from Reagan National Airport for either taxi or car service is $14.

Complimentary Hotel Shuttle: Complimentary shuttle service from Reagan National Airport is available from 4:40am – 12:40am every 20 minutes. Pickup location is between doors 2 and 3 on the upper level of Terminal B.

Parking: The hotel offers valet only parking for $45 per day with unlimited in-and-out privileges.

Metro: The Hyatt Regency Crystal City is accessible via the Blue and Yellow lines at Crystal City Station. It is one stop from Reagan National Airport. The estimated Metro fare (one way) from the airport is $2.25. Complimentary hotel shuttle service is available from the Metro stop. Once you are at the top of the escalators, turn left and walk towards 18th Street. The shuttle stop is underneath the overpass at the Hotel Shuttle sign. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes from 6:00am - midnight Monday through Friday, and 7:00am - midnight Saturday and Sunday.
